Description:
I designed and published a semi-public website for my high school's Senior Student Government Association (SGA) to improve internal communication, centralize documentation, and manage inventory digitally.

Purpose:
The site is meant to simplify coordination within our cabinet by giving everyone access to:
  • Meeting notes & attendance logs
  • Signup links
  • Contact Info
  • Inventory Tracking
  • Ongoing requests & forms
Cybersecurity/Tech Highlights:
  • Access control: The site uses Google Drive permissions to manage visibility and editing, ensuring sensitive info like attendance logs and internal planning documents are only editable by officers.
  • Version tracking: For sheets like the inventory log, Google Sheets' version history enables review of any changes made, protecting data integrity.
  • Centralized, clean UX: Organizing all critical SGA operations in one secure location reduces the risk of lost or miscommunicated information across apps.
  • Next steps: I'm planning to implement automated timestamp + user change logging with Google Apps Script to increase accountability on editable sheets.
